About the Job:

Premier Pharmacy Care is a fantastic place for pharmacists to expand their careers and explore the world of long-term care pharmacy! We are a closed door pharmacy open 24/7/365 serving residents of skilled nursing facilities, group homes, and assisted living facilities all across the state of Arkansas.  Premier Pharmacy Care offers pharmacists the opportunity to exercise their clinical knowledge at the same time as flexing their dispensing talents!

• Monday-Friday, typically one Saturday per month with a day off during the week.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurances, 401K, PTO, etc.
• Scheduled breaks (2/day) and lunches.
• Our pharmacists never have to take call!
• Always another pharmacist on duty.
• Paid membership to the Arkansas Pharmacists Association.
• On-site billing department to handle claims adjudication.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be in possession of a pharmacist's license in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Have 1-2 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist, including sterile compounding (preferred but not required).
• Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift 25 pounds.
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrate compassion for residents and their caregivers
