Job Description: As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry for mail order processing, managing billing information, and assisting in coding tasks. This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday, day shift hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The role is designed to last for 13 weeks with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mail order prescriptions efficiently and accurately
• Handle billing tasks and ensure proper documentation of billing information
• Code prescriptions and medications (coding experience is required for this role)
• Provide support and assistance to the pharmacy team
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license is required
• PTCB certification is required
• Coding experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle a high volume of prescriptions
