Soliant Health is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician for a travel contract opportunity in Gardena, CA. This is an exciting chance to work in a busy inpatient setting, providing essential pharmacy services and support to a dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and maintain Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets
• Prepare and compound IVs, IVPBs, and TPNs with precision
• Answer telephone calls and provide assistance as needed
• Deliver medications to nursing units and ensure timely and accurate medication distribution
• Support the pharmacy team in maintaining efficient operations and medication safety

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong experience making IVs, IVPBs, and TPNs (Required)
• Proficiency in filling Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets (Required)
• Inpatient pharmacy experience (Required)
• Experience with Allscripts/Paragon order entry systems is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams

Job Details:

• Duration: Approximately 8+ weeks
• Coverage Hours: Variable day and afternoon shifts
• Staff Composition: Inpatient pharmacy team
