Position : Interim Pharmacist
Location : Susanville, CA
Start Date: variable days Sun through Wednesdays every other week and Mon through Thursday every other week
Is weekend coverage needed? Sun 7-11am
Schedule : ASAP
Duration: 13 week contract to hire

Duties :

• Includes order verification, filling orders with correct medication. sterile compounding of medication, checking work of technicians, performing clinical function such as pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation monitoring and antimicrobial monitoring etc. Refilling Pyxis machines. Participate in projects

Experience :

• CA Pharmacy License (Required)
• PGY1 Training (Preferred)
• Experience in ambulatory care (Preferred)
• Ability to connect with physicians and work collaboratively
• Able to obtain an Advanced Practice Pharmacist
