We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Home Infusion or Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sterile compounding and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile medications for home infusion therapy.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure the safety and efficacy of compounded sterile preparations (CSPs).
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients receiving home infusion therapy.
• Manage inventory of infusion supplies and medications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in sterile compounding.
• Registered Pharmacist in Florida
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
