(Retail) Staff Pharmacist Travel/Temp-to-Hire Opportunity in Oregon

Soliant is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist for an exciting opportunity with a retail pharmacy in a charming small town just outside Roseburg, OR. This is a perfect role for a pharmacist looking to enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere while providing top-notch patient care. Must hold an active/clear Oregon license in-hand at the time of application.

• Position: Staff Pharmacist
• Type: Temp-to-Hire (Travelers can also apply for a 13 week contract
• Setting: Retail Pharmacy
• Start: ASAP
• Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and ensure patient safety.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Administer immunizations as needed (e.g., flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines).
• Provide medication therapy management to optimize patient health.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Offer excellent customer service and contribute to a positive community reputation.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Required: Active Oregon Pharmacist License
• 2 years of recent or current working experience as a Staff Pharmacist
• Experience in LTC/Closed-Door settings (preferred)
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to Roseburg area for the duration of the assignment if not already local (within 40 miles).
