Position Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts (flexible to accommodate business needs)
• Contract Length: ~13 weeks with an ASAP start

As a Hospital Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Verifying medication orders and ensuring their accuracy
• Supervising pharmacy technicians
• Conducting pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosage adjustments
• Collaborating with physicians and nurses to provide optimal patient care and ensure safe medication use
• Providing drug therapy consultations to ensure the best outcomes for patients

Requirements:

• Required: Washington State Pharmacy License
• Required: Some hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
