• Setting: Retail/Long-Term Care
• Schedule: Per Diem, with shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday on the following dates:

• Thu May 1, 2025
• Fri May 2, 2025
• Mon May 5, 2025
• Tue May 6, 2025

As a Per Diem Pharmacist in this role, your duties will include:

• Distributing medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
• Offering consultation and medication-related information to patients and healthcare professionals
• Providing a superior level of customer service to patients, ensuring they have all the necessary information about their prescriptions
• Ensuring that pharmacy operations meet regulatory standards and promote patient safety

Requirements:

• Required: Active California Pharmacy License
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Required: Retail and/or Long-Term Care pharmacy experience is ideal
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
