Pharmacy Director Jobs in Connecticut
A Pharmacy Director is a senior management role in the pharmacy industry, responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, setting strategic goals, and ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies. They manage the staff, ensure that the quality of drugs being distributed is high, and that the pharmacy is stocked with the necessary pharmaceuticals. They are also involved in budgeting and preparing reports for senior management.
